CO Kris Moules, 25, was killed after falling down an elevator shaft during a struggle with an inmate. Born with a soul that has Courage to wear the Badge, CO Moules had been standing tall as our last line of defense at the Luzerne Correctional Facility in Wilkes-Barre since September 14, 2015.
Kris leaves behind his parents Ken and Kitty (Catherine) and brother Ken Jr.. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Moules family, the Men and Women of the Luzerne County CF, to all of his Lackawanna and Youngstown State Baseball 'Brothers', and to all whom have had the pleasure and the privilege of knowing and working along side this True Blue Hero.
