Help baby Annayla get power back on

Hi. I'm Jammie. After numerous complications during my pregnancy I finally had a successful delivery with my beautiful baby girl 7-14-16 I was so happy and thought things would be even better now. My family and I were so overjoyed about the new addition to our family and we were excited to bring her home with us. Upon entering our home we realized that our lights were shut off. After doing some investigating I found out that my mother with whom I have a difficult relationship with was stealing my mail. This being the case, I never received any of the notices or bills that were being sent or even the liheap notifications that corresponded.  I applied for LIHEAP early this year and was granted it so I was under the impression that everything was taken care of until September when i go back to work from my maturnity leave. I'm extremely upset about this because after believing i was safe with all of my bills I spent the last of my money preparing for the arrival of my new child. In addition to my 4 day old newborn I also have a 3 year old son so we need our power to care for them. Please help us so we can get our power turned back on. Baby Annayla has hypoglycemia and we need to refridgerate the special formula that the doctor said she needed.  I also need to be able to pump her breast milk from the electric pump provided by my insurance because my daughter has problems latching on while breast feeding. She is also under weight and needs to be seen at the doctors every week. Thank you to everyone in advance. Every little bit helps.
