Flood hits Stacey Brookner again!
Donation protected
I am putting this together on behalf of my cousin Stacey and her daughter who have just been flooded out again. Last year their home was hit by the 100 year Houston flood of which the insurance covered most of the cost. Last month they were able to finally move back into their home. Unfortunately, Mother Nature played a nasty trick on the area and they were flooded out yet again.
Stacy and her daughter are now displaced. Her home was a single story and she hadn't even unpacked completely from the last night mare. Everything is lost, home, possessions and even the family car. Insurance is not apt to helping two years in a row at least not yet. This will be an ongoing battle. In the mean time they are in need of help.
Being a single mom, Stacey works hard to give her daughter the best life possible. She does have some friends in Houston; however most of her family is 1400 miles away. Relying on friends for the last year has been hard and now she is back to square one.
Stacey needs our help as soon as possible and the funds will be used to get them back on their feet.
Thank you so much.
