My name is Alicia and I made this fundraiser on behalf of everyone in the motorcycle community Erick was part of. All funds donated will go to cover funeral expensive for the Sanchez and Garcia family.

On September 27, 2025, every parent's worst nightmare came true for a mother and father.

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, on a road that was new to Erick and many others. A rider in front of Erick slid out entering an unexpected sharp turn and Erick followed that direction. The first rider was not seriously injured and immediately ran to Erick. Many experienced riders on the ride believe Erick was watching the person ahead and not the road. This is known as "target fixation." A second of distraction that led to disaster.

Erick's motorcycle family did everything they could to comfort and keep Erick talking and awake, but just as medics arrived, Erick, just 26 years old, took his last breath in the arms of a fellow group member and friend.

Erick's friends say, "Erick was a great person with a good heart, young, positive, and humble. He was always happy, and loved to ride his bike. He really knew how to have a great time with all of us!! He was an awesome person. Responsible and always had a smile on his face. He worked hard but always made some time to go ride. We are always going to remember him."

Erick has a big family, all hurt by this tragedy. I had the opportunity to meet a niece of Erick's who was really excited about all the changes and accomplishments her uncle had made. A new truck and career. She was so proud of her uncle and will miss him dearly. Erick had a goal to have his children but in Mexico, there are two children who will never see their father again.

We are pulling together to support Erick's family and parents , Teresa S. and Pedro G with the unexpected funeral cost needed to for these parents to lay thier child to rest.

To the parents and family, we are so sorry for your loss. This is the kind of pain only time can heal. Know our hearts are with you.

Pt. 1: Funeral Viewing Services we be held on Sunday Oct. 5 th 4pm to 8pm at Bradshaw Funeral and Cremation Services in St. Paul.

Sacred Heart Church in Saint Paul.

Pt.3: With permission of the family, members of the motorcycle community will be doing a traditional "falling biker prayer and escort" Monday for Erick. We will be leading Erick's chariot, loving parents, Theasa and Pedro aswell has the rest of the Sanchez/Garcia family and friends to his final place of rest. This will be celebration of Erick's love for riding, love for family and love for friends joined together and share one last group ride with Erick.
