On June 22nd 2021, our sweet pups were attacked by a loose pit bull. The owners of the dog refused to give us their information, and although we are planning to take them to small claims/get homeowners insurance involved, there is no guarantee that we will be financially compensated for our pup’s medical bills. While both of my dogs were injured, our sweet Jack suffered a severe leg fracture that resulted in surgery and overnight hospital stays totaling over $10,000. He will also need another surgery down the road to remove the screws they placed in his ankle. We are asking for any small donations from other pet lovers who are willing to help us support Jackson’s road towards healing. He is 12 years old and a real champ, but this attack will likely affect the rest of his life. Thank you for your support.
