For those of you that know Tiffany, you know she is a very private person, who at the same time gives so much of herself and her time to help others. Tiffany is taking care of three children, her own two children and her granddaughter, which she does this as a single parent. She has the opportunity to purchase the home she has been living in for almost 10 years and found out that she needs to come up with more money to make this happen for her family. I have asked Tiffany to open up and share her story so I could share it with you. We all have story and at one point or another have needed help from the people that care and love us. Since I have known Tiffany her story has been one of survival and putting the pieces of her life back together. She has been in this "survival" mode for so long and it's time for her to settle into the knowing security and comfort and being able to give this to her kids and granddaughter. Let's help Tiffany keep and buy the home she lives in and start a new chapter of her life called "security and comfort".
Those who know me know I am a very private person. I never ask for help and have figured things out on my own. I always saw asking for help as a form of weakness.
Over the past few months there have been many obstacles that have been placed in my path. Not closed doors however obstacles big enough that I could not manage them on my own. I have had to open up and let people in my life. What has come from this is testimony to share with friends, family and strangers to give them hope when they feel weak and hopeless.
As some of you know I am a single mom of 3. I have been raising them on my own for almost 10 years now. We have been through a lot. I am now also raising my Granddaughter Rylie while her mother figures things out. I have conquered battle after battle. I have been in the process of purchasing the house that we have lived in since 2008. I call it my survivor house. I surviveds so much in this house including the divorce, the downturn of the real estate market. Jessie started kindergarten in that house and it is the only house that Chris and Rylie know.
I am in the process of buying it. I just found out that I need an additional $12,000 to make it happen due to financing regulations.
I have prayed about why this is happening and if I was meant to buy this house. The door hasn't been closed however in order to make this happen I have to rely on others for help and be vulnerable. I have always helped others and shared and never asked for anything. I feel as though this is a season where God wants me to know that I am not alone and that there are people out there that care and should trust.
I feel as though when this all works out God will have another to share His story and to give hope to others.
