I'd like to introduce you to my friend, Cameron. I've known Cam for over 23 years. He is a gentle soul with a big heart. He would do just about anything for anyone, particularly for those who can't help themselves (the homeless, the jobless, the elderly). But right now, Cam could use some help himself.

Cam has been on Disability for cognative developmental delay for much of his adult life.  Still, he lives on his own and operates a small lawncare business to help pay his bills. This last year, however, his tiny house suffered some bad damage due to age. His insurance will not cover this type of damage, and Cameron used most of his own surplus money to put a new engine in his truck, so he could continue to work.

Cam has contacted a christian organization that will help him with the labor, but we need to raise $3500 to cover the cost of materials. Winter is fast approaching, and we'd like to get the work done as soon as possible.

I know that you are getting hit with all kinds of pleas for help at this time of year. There are a lot of folks in need. Cam is definitely one of them.
