Due to systems in place to restrict Black Americans from owning property, there are currently lower rates of homeownership now than in the 1960’s.  

Join me in celebrating Davinah’s home purchase! This is a BIG deal. Davinah has become a homeowner in one of the most demanding housing markets in history. 

Davinah is a doula. She holds space for the powerful transitions of birth and death while training others to do the same. Her life is lived with determined intention and the world is better for it. Her new home is beautiful! But it needs a refrigerator, washer & dryer. Celebrate this incredible accomplishment with me by giving toward this fund so she can pick out and purchase new appliances for her new home!
