Many of you know Stacy Miller LaFleur and that she is one of the first people to jump in when someone needs help. Well, it's her turn to need help. As much we had to twist her arm, she has allowed us to set up some fund raising for her family while her husband recovers from a very involved surgery. Robby had just recently found new work in Wisconsin after the East Texas Oilfield economy went bad. They were just getting back on their feet from his job layoff. Robby was working in Wisconsin when he got sick and sought medical treatment at a local ER. His appendix had ruptured approximately 72 hours previous!! Infection had set in and involved part of his colon, which had to be removed along with the appendix. Doctors say a mere 24 hours more and Robby would have died. The recovery is expected to be around 2 months, and doctors will not allow him to come home. He cannot work. You can imagine the expenses that will start to add up, not to mention he no longer gets a paycheck. This family needs our help. Robby's wife Stacy has a heart of gold and was extremely hesitant to allow this fund raiser, but let's show her that sometimes the best helpers deserve all the help they can get.
