I'm setting up this donation for my dear friend Agnes, and her family, in honor of a young and beautiful life taken way too soon from this world. Kamil Pach was taken from this world after a tragic accident this week that occured in Poland.  He was set to turn 20 years old this coming August 16th and had a bright future ahead of him. Kamil was Agnes's first born son.

Kamil and his family immigrated from Poland and moved to Illinois where he was raised. He decided to return in order to study at a University in Poland and teach English there. Agnes is in the United States and is going to attempt to fly to Poland to once again be reunited with her boy. Her other son was also visiting Poland at the time and is safe; but going through grief beyond words.

We are asking for your financial support to help Agnes and her family afford to bring her boy back to the USA to be buried in the presence of her family and his friends. The money raised will be used to fly Agnes to Poland to be reunited with her boys, cover costs to fly Kamil back to the United States, and also go towards funeral expenses. We need funds as soon as this week to help Agnes buy an airplane ticket, so please share!

As a nurse, I worked with Agnes and saw her work extremely hard as a hospital janitor in order to move up to work as a nursing assistant. We both have moved on from our mutual job, but we have kept in touch. To see such a wonderful person work extremely hard to ensure her boys had a roof over their head and an education was inspiring. Agnes would visit with my patients and their families during awful times to provide comfort and support. She is an angel.
