If you know Scott Ruterbusch (as I do) you know what a humble, kind and generous person he is. Most of all though, he is Mr. Positivity & always at the ready with a joke or good story. He is a proud USCG retiree and a true patriot.
Recently, he was diagnosed with stage 4 oral cancer. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiation and remains positive & thankful for the best care and love from friends and family. Over the next 6 months he will be occurring overwhelming medical costs not covered by his insurance.
