Suzie's Benefit at BeeHive Oven

As many of you know, our little Suzie is currently undergoing a cord blood transplant at Duke University Medical Center as part of her ongoing fight against CLN2 or Late Infantile Batten Disease. Our dear friends at BeeHive Oven Biscuit Cafe, with help from a handful of loving, talented chefs, have graciously offered to host a benefit dinner on her behalf.
The proceeds will continue to help us with costs related to reduced work schedules, temporary relocation costs, and post-transplant treatment when we finally come home, as well as out of pocket medical expenses. Your generous donation of $100 entitles you to an evening of fabulous food on August 8th. We hope you can attend and please know that your thoughts, warm wishes, prayers, and words of encouragement are equally welcome and have helped us immensely already on this journey.
We're sorry we won't be there to say thank you in person, but we look forward to coming home soon and celebrating what we hope will be a remarkable recovery for our little girl.
