For any of you who know Sherry, you all are aware of how wonderful of a person she is. Her mind heart and giving ways are always present in every thing she does. Affectionately known as “Tuck” to my ER nursing family while at work, she is also known as “Nanny,” by her grandchildren.

I personally have had the pleasure of watching her grand babies grow up over the years. They are the light of their families lives.

Last night one of her grand daughters, age 10, was in a horrific car accident. Without disclosing too much, this sweet little girl is now on the pediatric ICU as a trauma. All of this was no fault of her own or anyone related to Tucks family. Sherry’s daughter, Ashely and son in law Kyle have a long road ahead of them as does their little girl.

Sherry has always been helpful to me personally, when it came to my two girls. She is always the first to be willing to cha he shifts so I can make it to dance recitals, school plays, or even offer to help with Christmas presents during difficult times.

If you can, PLEASE channel your inner “Tuck” and help this family out. Any little bit will help.
