We need some help!  I contracted an autoimmune disorder known as C.I.D.P., which has left me incapable of working as a Paramedic.  This condition has wrecked my legs leaving me weak, off-balance, and in constant pain.  In the past fourteen months, we have exhausted my California State Disability, and have been told that it could take three to four months before Social Security makes a decision on my claim.  In the meantime, we have little to survive on.  To worsen matters, my wife's job at the county was only temporary and will be ending July 29.  Due to budget cuts, the county is letting go of all their temporary employees and is not hiring any permanent positions.  Hence, in two weeks we will have no income!  We need to stay locally so I can finish my treatments and heal.  

We need your help friends.  We need money for rent, food, and to keep the lights on, at least until Lizz can find work and until SSDI decides whether or not to approve my claim.  This illness has wiped out our savings and 401K.  All we have left are friends and family, so we're desperate for any help.
