Pam Doherty is a beautiful and vibrant 50-year-old who is married to the love of her life and has two wonderful children. They have always been her support and rock. She works full time, is active in her church, and loves the Lord.
She never imagined she would be diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphoma at 29 years old and then endure two more types of cancer several years later. She was treated for lymphoma with chemotherapy with a successful remission. In 2016 she received the frightening diagnosis of Triple Negative Breast Cancer. This time she received chemotherapy and radiation with the determination of recovery and she did.
She was 1 year from reaching her 5 year goal from breast cancer when she received a call that all of her blood counts were down again. She was later diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She is now taking her treatments at the West Clinic in Memphis and travels back and forth to Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center in Nashville finalizing plans for her stem cell transplant. Next steps are to find a donor, get into remission, and have the stem cell transplant. This could take at least 6 months, maybe longer. After her stem cell transplant she will remain in the hospital for a minimum of 3 weeks. When released, they will still have to stay in Nashville for another several months for observation.
First and foremost, Pam needs your prayers and your support. Her strength, hope, and healing come from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
She will need continuous treatment and care for at least a year. The bills are starting to come, and whatever you can do to help financially would be appreciated. Pam and her family have never asked for any monetary help, but the expenses will be enormous. She has a deep faith in God and knows he will be by her side through it all.
**100% of the profits will go towards funding Pam’s cancer treatment and medical bills**
Thank you for anything at all you can contribute!
