Hello all! Many of you know that over the span of approximately five years I have lost my sister, mother, an uncle, and now my father. This leaves me as the lone survivor of my immediate family. As you can imagine my head is spinning and spirits are low. To add insult to injury now I am facing a will/estate battle. My father has been sick for the past few years battling various forms of cancer (prostate, kidney, liver, bone, and brain) and other serious health issues. While in treatment he was befriended by a woman that he began to claim as his girlfriend. No one in my family knew anything about this woman. She chose not to get know me nor anyone else in my family for unknown reasons. I along with others have reached out to her, but she refuses to communicate anyone. For unknown reasons my father wrote a will that left everything to this woman that no one knows anything about. This includes assets, possessions, and property that belonged to my mother and myself. My father was not in his right mind and was making decisions in a diminished capacity. Again for unknown reasons he gave her power of attorney as oppose to anyone in the family. I have consulted with several attorneys and it is suspected and believed that the will was written under undue influence and strong coercion from this woman. I've been advised that I have a strong case that I should pursue. With that being said, I have to pay a retainer in order to secure adequate legal representation. The amounts that I were given are $10,000.00 and more. I'm asking that you find it in your hearts to support me in my efforts to save my family's name and legacy.
