Hello! I'm Melissa and my son Jordan was in a devastating car accident on Tuesday, February 7th. He heading home from work when a car crossed over into his lane and hit him head on at a very high speed. He sustained multiple injuries: a concussion, broken jaw, broken ribs, lung contusions, broken pelvis, urethral damage, broken tibia and fibia, and a crused heel. He was rushed to the emergency room and has been in the Trauma ICU on a ventilator ever since. He has successfully completed surgery for his broken leg, getting the injury cleaned out and a metal rod inserted. He as at least three more surgeries to go: fixing his heel once the swelling has gone down, wiring his jaw shut to repair the jaw once the ventilator is out and a tracheostomy.

With the long ICU stay and multiple surgeries, medical bills are going to be high when they start rolling in. While the biggest thing we ask for at this time is your prayers, any financial assistance you are able to give is also greatly appreciated.

We know that God has his hand on Jordan. His father won't even let me see pictures of the car from when he went to get Jordan's things (and I'm not pushing to do so either). He just says that it is an absolute miracle that Jordan is still with us. I praise the Lord that he is here, and I know that God is working to restore Jordan's body. It's going to be a long road, but I know that He is with us and He will provide.
