Help Keisha Kick Cancer's Ass!
Donation protected
In December of 2015 I was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer. As you can imagine, this came as a complete and utter shock to me. I had questions like: "How will I be able to care for my three year-old daughter? I am her sole provider. What will happen to her? How will I pay my rent? How will I be able to keep a roof over our heads? How long will I be here on earth with my daughter?"
If you know me, you know that I don't like to ask for help. But I really need your help now. I am unable to work due to the frequent chemotherapy treatments at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Philadelphia, and the intense sickness and weakness that follows. Normally, I work at the USPS as a supervisor, but I cannot return to work while I am under treatment due to the nature of this highly stressful, dirty, and physically demanding job.
I'm asking you to find it in your heart to donate a little or a lot to help cover the following costs: childcare, rent, medical bills, transportation to and from chemo treatments, and food. Can you help make cancer suck just a little bit less?
Any help you give will help ensure that my sweet daughter can continue living as normal a lifestyle that I can give her through my sickness.
My daughter and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
