After a stressful 2025 my home is becoming too expensive to maintain at this point. Really struggling to pay bills and manage the repairs/renovations that are popping up all over the place ever since I moved and summer will bring with it a whole new slew of issues.

Don't know what I'd do if I lost this place, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated...
