Liam Craane's Battle

As we know, unfortunately, the Big C can strike anyone at any age without warning.  Our closest friends Billy and Jean Marie Craane and their 5 year old son Liam are now battling non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.  They have had a rough two days but things are looking up. Liam was rushed to the hospital on July 14,2016 when he stopped breathing. His father Billy gave CPR to bring him back to us and the caretakers at Hudson Valley and now Maria Ferari Children's Hospital have been wonderful in helping diagnose his condition. Liam has a large tumor that is pressing against his heart and blocking his airway passages, and it has been confirmed that he has non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He and his family will be in the hospital for at least a month as he undergoes Chemotherapy and treatments which began on July 15th. Liam is now resting comfortably with a tube to help him breath until we can shrink the tumor.  

Liam also has two beautiful sisters, 9 year old Hayley and 4 year old Leah.  They will undoubtedly have many struggles as Liam battles this dreaded disease.  The intention of this page is to off-set the medical bills and child chare expenses Billy, Jean, Liam, Hayley and Leah will incur during his  battle.
