Bill W's Friends in Uganda

In 2014, I visited Uganda Africa and found there were a lot of alcoholics who are living in a hopeless state of mind and body. They know of no solution to their drinking problem. Alcoholism is not understood very well there. Alcoholism is a fatal and progressive disease and without a solution alcoholics never gets better. As a recovered alcoholic, my heart hurts for them. 
I became friends with a Ugandan man named Martial. He was a recovered alcoholic just like me.  
A small group I am affiliated with raised money for Martial to visit the US last summer. He explained how hard it is to help people who have so little hope in life and the future. 
My wife, two of my friends, and I are going back to visit him and help bring a message of hope. It is a spiritual program of action.  We will be working in the prisons, hospitals, and two major industries. We will also be preparing a conference to be held in the spring of 2017. 
I am raising money for the 4 of us to be able to travel safely while in Uganda. My wife will also be working as a nurse in one of the hospitals for about 1 week.

We leave on our trip Aug 14th, 2016.
