Hello my name is Israel Anthony Adame. For the past 2 years I have been struggling with health issues. In May of 2014, I was diagnosed with pituitary gland tumors. After extensive testing, I was diagnosed with liver disease, enlarged spleen, and low blood count. During the time of recouping, I had an accident at home which caused me to have spinal stenosis of the neck. When the MRI was done, I found out that I also had spinal stenosis of the back. I have had surgery for my neck. While awaiting back surgery, I caught an infection which attacked my spinal cord where I need surgery. Due to this infection, I have partial paralysis. I dont have feeling in my legs, no sensation from the waist down, and I am having to learn to walk and stand again. I was in the hospital for two weeks and then moved to a rehab center for a month. Needless to say I have accumulated many medical and pharmacy bilIs. I am asking to find it in your heart to help me out with any amount you may be able to give. Thank you and may God Bless you.
