The Dave Weirsky Family Fund

My name is Jennifer Rister and on behalf and with permission from the Weirsky family I have created this go fund me... 100% of the proceeds will be distributed to the family to be used for the financial struggles they will encounter moving forward. This fund is set up to assist with burial expenses and arrangements . While  we are never prepared for these tragic, sudden events, rainy day funds in this situation  are non existent. 

As most of you know David Weirsky was taken from us suddenly on Monday,July 11th 2016.
For those of you who knew Dave knew just how lucky of a person you were. To be able to call this man a friend was an honor. Dave spent all of his adult life tending to others.If he wasn't guarding them in a jail , he was raising awareness for charities close to his heart. Dave spent countless hours donating his time, money and resources helping those in need.Relay for Life, The MS foundation as well as many others ,were the recipients of his generous nature.I can personally attest to his kind heart when he and his family spent almost an entire year, helping my family when my husband had taken ill...I could go on and on, but I think you have got the point....
I ask you to please reach in your pockets for  $10.00, Help by giving back,  That $10.00 can truly make a difference.Trust me, I know....Without the generosity of people like yourselves, my family would have survived the hurricane that rolled into our lives with out any warning ..Trust me when I say this,  we are never truly prepared when the unexpected happens... 

David leaves behind his wife Roxann, his daughters Nicole and Emma and a new grandaughter Braylea. They need our help... I think there is no better way to say thank you to David then to look out for his loved ones while they get these things figured out....Rest in Peace Dave, I'm truly honored to have been able to call you my friend...Love to you always!
