Help Lisa and her family

Lisa is a survivor in every sense of the word. She beat cancer, raised two beautiful daughters and has been caring for her wonderful husband that suffered a stroke. As if all of this were not more than anyone could handle- Lisa was hit by a car on July 7th. She was riding her bike on the Farmington Canal and hit in the crosswalk and run over! She has suffered extensive injuries requiring a neck brace, chest tube and an indefinite hospital stay and rehabilitation!
The day she was hit was the first day of her summer job. Her family was counting on that income. Her regular job is a 10 month position with Hamden Public Schools, there isn't a better paraprofessional out there.
Please donate whatever you can to help Lisa and her family , she can't collect on her sick leave until the school year begins at the end of August.
