Visit the Camp 'n Sons website for more memories
Everyone who's been to Camp 'n Sons has their favorite spot. Everyone has their first memories of walking into this amazing place. We have felt how this space, so lovingly cultivated by Walter and Jane Camp and their family, became a container in which so many overlapping communities were also cultivated and celebrated.
As many of you know, the stunning natural paradise that is Camp 'n Sons had to close for a couple of years for renovation. And now, just as a few of us are gearing up to go enjoy our second home again, we lose the inimitable Walter Camp.
Keeping up a space like CnS costs a lot and as many of you know, the family has been working hard to meet various codes and get the place up to speed. Some of us think that giving them a little leg up in the process would be a nice memorial to a man who has given us so much.
If each of the thousands and thousands of people who have enjoyed CnS over the years contributed just a little ($5-20?), think how much we could help out. Let's show them our love and appreciation and let Walter know we're looking out for his people and his home.
Some of us will be going up there on August 5th...it would be so nice to be able to give them this gift in person on behalf of each and every one of you. Let's make it happen.
Thank you...
