Help Willie recover from emergency surgery

I never would have asked to do this but as most of you are aware our little man Willie ate a foreign object and is now in Port City veterinarian Hospital where he underwent emergency bowel surgery. we thought he was out of the woods and would be coming home but we got some bad news and willie isn't healing as well as we had hoped. He is now on a feeding tube and Iv's . we are worried sick as he is not just a dog to us but our child. any help you can give would be so appreciative to get our boy healthy and home.
