HI!!!  As many of you know Hannah has been working really hard this season in Track and Field.  All that training has paid off in her qualfying to compete in this years team USATF Junior Olympics.  This is the same organization you see in all the Rio Olympic trials, making it an extra exciting year for her to be a part of it all. 

She's qualified in the one event she went to compete in, the Long Jump, even placing first and becoming this years Regional Champion.  That's the BEST in the region!!  She's also an alternate for the 4X1 relay team, and due to an unfortunate injury it's looking like she may be called up to fill one of the spots on that team for one of her teammates.

Now, long jump is very technical, and often unpredictable however, as it stands, of the 46 girls that have qualified to compete if she were to jump her current personal best, she's ranked #2!!!

We couldn't be prouder of her, and want to provide her with an exciting Jr.  Olympic experience.  That said, we're both freelancers and the costs to do so are adding up quickly.  We're asking for donations towards the cause.  The funds would be used to help finance the trip.  Fortunatley the Junior Olympics are taking place in Sacramento this year, so it's drivable.  Anything you could contribute would go towards gas, our hotel accomidations for 5 nights,  food, and fees associated with the meet.

We are fully aware that money is tight all around and are incredibly grateful for any amount you are able to contribute, as it greatly relieves some of the strain, and allows us to provide the trip of a lifetime for our little Olympian.
