Help i am terminal and sinking.

I am on my 3rd round of terminal cancer. I can't keep up with my house payments, utility, and medical bills and even gasoline to get to my medical appointments, chemo therapy and tests.   I just found out 1 of my medications went up from $24.00 a month to over $300 a month.                                         I had a heart transplant 19 years ago.  All  was well, until this cancer, which is from being immuned suppressed to prevent the rejection of my donor  heart.                                                                            I am not a begger but I am sinking fast!! I have no family to help me, as I am an only child, my parents have passed and my both of my children are dead from the same heart condition I have.  Then my awesome, funny, and amazing  great granddaughter recently died unexpectedly from cancer as well.                Nothing is more painful than watching someone at the end of their life dying because of cancer. I'm trying  to look good, but after chemo and radiation ... the person you thought you were is mentally and physically changed and everyone else, including oneself  is in shock.
