On March 9,2016 our friend Jay Costa suffered a major stroke. The stroke affected the right side of his body, leaving him without the use of his arm and leg. As a result of this stroke, Jay was hospitalized for over a month at Valley Medical Center in San Jose. He has now been moved home, but still requires 24-hour care and many therapy/rehab sessions still lay ahead of him. This will be a long and trying recovery, that will incur insurmountable amounts of treatment. Any financial help we can provide for Jay, his girls, and his family will be greatly appreciated! No amount is too small!
