Zoe has been diagnosed with depression and PTSD.  This stemmed from a very traumatic event just over 3 years ago.  She has been going through therapy and the therapist recommended a service dog.  River, the service dog, is trained to help Zoe overcome the anxiety she faces with large crowds of people and as she is heading off to college this seems to be a good option.  The issue is the cost of the dog.  The total cost of training and purchase of River is $11800.  We are trying to raise around $13000 to help with initial vet bills and food for River to get them started.  This would mean the world to Zoe and her mother and I as she just wants to feel secure and continue her education.   Thank you for your support.
