Dana's Brave Balancing Act

Who's the first person to say a kind word or offer a hand? The same person who's the last to complain about anything. Anyone who knows Dana knows she's the first to share a smile or a hug, has a huge, giving heart and is the most supportive friend possible. She's just one of those people that you can't help but smile around.
Dana recently had surgery to help her hearing. Although the surgery was a huge success (which she's thrilled about!) it wasn't without its risks which unfortunately became her reality.
The surgery took away Dana's ability to maintain balance. The surgery unintentiontionaly wiped her balance center away...this created unplanned extra medical bills due to ongoing care. Dana is in rehab to learn some compensatory techniques to keep herself from falls. Essentially, the balance center in her ear is gone, so she now has to rely on vision and proprioception to take over as there is no longer feedback available from her ear. Can you imagine trying to function without balance in your daily life? Intensive rehab is required.
Due to the nature of her new challenge, Dana was told it's unlikely that she will be able to return to her job at the hospital as a physical therapist assistant. This only adds to her future stress around paying bills. She's hoping to prove the doctors wrong and go back to work!
Please give a little something to help Dana pay off these unexpected medical expenses. All funds raised will go directly to Dana to give her the financial relief she needs for rehab. She's the last person to ask for help but definitely one who deserves it! I for one, am very humbled by her constant cheerful nature and bravery in this challenging time!
