Recovery Fund for Nick & Sally

Sally Mayo DeWinkleer was involved in a terrible car accident on I-84 near Middletown New York on July 11th, 2016. She was hit by a semi (18 wheeler) with a camper in tow. She suffered a double lung collapse, broken sternum, a shattered femur, two lumbar fractures, and significant trauma to her body. She surivived, but it will be a very long road to recovery, including numerous surgeries. Her husband Nick is at her side and will be in NY with her for at least a month or two before they can return home to North Carolina. This will mean a lot of expenses to cover beyond medical bills. With that in mind the goal of this campaign is set modestly but at least it would be a start and of course if we exceed it that would be fantastic!  They are dear friends of mine (my name is Jeremy if you are wondering) and this is the best way I know how to be there for them in this terrible time. Please help and spread the word if you can!
