On June 6th, we received news that sent our world spinning.  Leslie was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colo-rectal cancer.  We are told at this time that surgery is not an option.  

Self-employed, Leslie is our primary source of income for our family.  Over the past 18 years, he has established a reputation for himself nationally as an expert in restoration cleaning and power washing.  While he is out actually doing the physical work, I handle the administrative side of our business (I became disabled 20 years ago).  Together, we have always been a great team, and though we have had struggles, we make things work for our family!  He is not only my business partner, he is my high school sweetheart, the best dad in the world and my best friend! 

Cancer has left us fighting the hardest battle of our lives.  Beyond the health issues, it has prevented Leslie from being able to work for the past several months, which has created financial hardships.  Between our regular monthly bills and now the addition of our deductible for treatments and medications, we have depleted our savings.  

We are in the process of exploring options that will lower our bills, allow us to continue working in a different capacity and consolodate expenses. Funds raised will help cover the medical costs and meet our monthly financial obligations. 

We have been blessed by so many family and friends already who are helping in great and wonderfuly ways.  I will never be able to fully express my thanks for the support we have received.  If you would like to make a donation, it would be very greatly appreciated.
