Help Terry Fight Cancer

UPDATE: Hello everyone, it's Mike Fittante again. I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has donated to help my sister Terry on this difficult journey. We so greatly appreciate even the smallest contributions. 

As of now Terry has had her surgery to remove the tumor and we are glad to say it was a success! Now the hard part begins as she undergoes intense chemotherapy and radiation 5 days a week for the next several months. Of course, Terry is unable to work during this time and is struggling to afford her treatment and regular bills. Her employer is providing short term disability, but it is only a percentage of her actual pay. In addition to a drastic pay cut and increased medical bills Terry still has to find a way to provide child care for her 20-month-old granddaughter whom she is raising. Terry will be too sick to care for her one-on-one during her treatment so that is something else to consider.  These are just a few ways a monetary donation would help.

Hello everyone, my name is Mike Fittante and my favorite sister has gotten some very bad news! She has been diagnosed with colon cancer.

 

We are devastated with this news. She is going to have to take time off from her job to deal with these issues.

My sister, Terry Fittante-Lanfried is helping raising her granddaughter who is only 18 months old on top of all this.

 

Doctors are very hopefully for her recovery. Doctors are performing surgery tomorrow to remove the cancerous part and will begin her chemo shortly after.

 

We her family, who love her with all our beings are worried sick and praying for God's healing powers with a good result after treatment.

 

My sister Terry will not be able to work during this period in her life and we are all concerned about her financial well-being. I am setting this GO FUND ME page to help her. I ask you to please help us financially so she has one less thing to worry about, like her home, food and medications.
