Cat Surgery After Raccoon Attack

Last night, my best friend Anya (my cat) was attacked by raccoons. She is going to lose her tail, and is in a lot of pain from puncture wounds all over her body. She's staying at the vet for the next couple of days while she heals, and for the amputation.

She needs to be kept at the hospital until she recovers some from the initial trauma, before they can safely put her under for the removal of her tail. All of this care is needed to save her life and keep her healthy, but it's very expensive.

The total bill we're expecting is $1420. (Edit 4/23: We now know she is going to be at an emergency vet during the weekend, as her regular provider is closing. That bill will be an additional $400-$800). 

I don't know what I'd do without my best feline buddy, so I'm going through with the care plan without having a clear plan on how to pay for it.

I need help. Please help me save Anya. She has saved my life when I've had no other comfort.
