My beloved husband, Jason Brooks, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 25. It's unsettling to not know what happened. He has been the love of my life for the past 24 years.
He has 4 daughters (Jaidan, Jaylin, Katie and Jaelah) that miss him terribly. They are going to have a tremendous amount of heartache over the upcoming years. They'll have pain that I won't be able to take away. His oldest daughter will be graduating from high school in 2 years and she's already expressing how sad she's going to be that he isn't there to be a part of school events her senior year.
Despite our long history, we've only been married for a little over a year. The topic of life insurance was never discussed and in going through the process of arranging his funeral, I found out that he had no life insurance.
I find myself in an uncomfortable situation; needing help from our family and friends to cover the expenses of his funeral.
We would be beyond grateful for any donations received and thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts.
