Zac Morgan is a 23 year old young man who loves life. He is outgoing, energetic, and loves spending time with family and friends. In one short day his life changed. He was recently diagnosed with Stage 5 kidney failure. He is currently receiving dialysis daily and is awaiting a donor for a kidney transplant. Zac is now starting his next journey in life. He will incur numerous medical and travelling expenses once a donor is found. A little will go a long way, so if you can, please help support Zac in his journey.
