My Mother's Home

Hi! My name is Bobbie Ackerman. Im the daughter of Christine Ackerman. My mother was heading home from work today to the news that her house was on fire. She had lost everything. Thankfully she wasn't in there and her dog was able to get out...but my uncle sadly didn't make it. He was trapped inside. If you haven't seen the news yet, it's on CBS and FOX news. My siblings and I are at a loss for words...we can't believe this has happened. I had changed the picture provided as it's very unsettling to keep seeing the house that way.

I'm setting this fundraiser up to help with my Uncle's cremation costs and to help my mom and her boyfriend get back on their feet again with the things they will need. My mom is an amazing person. She gives her all to everyone! This was our childhood home since I was in 3rd grade....years we've made memories. This has been really hard on my mom today and I want to help the best I can!
