As some of you are aware, on June 27th, Diane was airlifted to Ottawa, and underwent an 11 hour surgery to remove an aneurysm from her brain. A week later, she went underwent a second sugery to remove a second one. She is recovering well, and is now in the process of healing and regaining her strength, in preparation for yet one more surgery to remove the third (and hopefully!)last one. She is expected to be in the hospital until the middle to end of August, and when she is released, she will undergo a long rehab.
This is obviously going to put financial strain on her, and if we can unburden her with some of that, she can put some worry aside and focus her energy and strength on her recovery!!
All of us that know and love Diane know that she an EXTREMELY strong woman. We also know that she is also one of the most caring people we know and would and does anything she can to help others.
SO, let's help her in HER time of need. The faster she recovers, the faster she can return to her friends, family and mostly to her two beloved grandbabies!!
