Debra A. Walker Martinez A kind and gentle soul that anyone who met her loved her from the minute she smiled. Debbie was a free spirit with a heart of gold. Debbie has been in and out of the hospital since April of 2015. Thursday, July 7th 2016 Debbie was at a Wellness Center doing her daily swim with her granddaughter when she lost control of her breathing. Paramedics did the best the could to control the situation and took her to the Health Park SouthWest hospital. While in the hospital Debbie was taken well care of by amazing nurses and doctors doing the best the could to get her well enough to come home. Sadly on the afternoon of July 11, 2016 the beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully in her hospital room with her loved ones by her side. All donations will be going to help the family pay for hospital bills, funeral arrangements, and much more. Michael, Lois, Christina, Angelo and Alexandria appreciate all your kind words, prayers, good vibes and donations in helping them and their time of need.
