Hugh O'Neill is the manager of Cantina76 on Coleman Blvd in Mt Pleasant. He was diagnosed with COVID-19 on July 1st and was immediately admitted to the ICU. He remains under constant (expensive) care to this day. No one knows how long he will be in the ICU, much less how big a bill he and his loving family will be greeted with when he is released.
