- Salam Alekom, I’m a 37 year old single woman from Morroco and I currently live in Washington DC. I came to the USA a tourist and I became a victim of domestic violence. As a result, I started to have panic attacks, which caused me to to be hospitalized. During the hospitalization, I was in coma for about a month and when I woke up I discovered that one of my arms was cut off in the hospital. I am currently under medical care and physical therapy. I’m also under a huge amount of psychological pain because of my difficult situation. Please keep me in your prayers. I currently have a pending immigration case. Although I don’t have work authorization yet, I’m actively looking for a job. I have an obligation to pay my monthly rent and other necessary living expenses. I don’t have any family members here in the U.S. to help and I don’t have any source of income. I appeal to you for help as I have no where else to go. And Allah is my best witness.
