Ermina is a single mom of 3 kids that is undergoing a craniotomy to cut out a tumor that was found during a mri. She has been a fighter her whole life and never gives up. She will be off work for 6 weeks unpaid due exhausting time off for severe migraines  and has medical bills as well. She serves the city of Dubuque by coaching encouraging and teaching those in poverty how to overcome it and feel empowered. She's raised all 3 kids on her own and overcame poverty herself and is now facing something extremely scary without fear.
