What is "Marnie?"
‘Marnie’ is a short film about a teenage girl who wishes to confess her love to her best friend but her anxiety prevents her from doing so. We came up with the idea and started to make the first draft, from there we developed it over the past few months. The film is a relatable story to anyone who has felt unrequited love, sadness or been isolated. We will be working with a very talented group of people who are all dedicated to the project. We wish to achieve telling the story with lush cinematography, an 80s influenced soundtrack and powerful acting. There’s nothing greater than being able to tell a queer-centric story, with a wonderful cast and crew attached.
