Hello Everyone!!
I am terrible at writing and even worse at asking for help, but here it goes! I thought 2021 was going to be a great year after the ugly 2020, but on March 12, I was unfortunately diagnosed with Colon Cancer which really put a damper on my enthusiasm for this year to travel and do regular things again. So here I am! My name is Jared and I am 45 years old. I have 2 daughters, 1 in college and the other set to start in the fall, which I love so very much. I love to have fun(see glasses in the pic), I love sports(see mask in pic, go Buckeyes! Lol) and I enjoy life in general. So the reason I am on here, ughhh. I am trying to raise money to help with my unexpected and expected bills that are coming. I have the possibility of a trial therapy that can help should I need it that will not be covered fully through insurance. Seeing what it costs for chemo and Dr. visits already, I know it won’t be cheap!! Also, I am trying to get services with a Naturalpathic dr which is not covered at all by insurance and may/will be years of expenses. With that said, these upcoming expenses along with helping my kids complete their goal of college has been slightly overwhelming and any help is appreciated. Also, with any money left over when I complete treatment, I will pay it forward to others in this situation to help their journey. I know Covid has impacted us all and times are tough. They say “Many hands makes for a light load,” so I though sharing to more people who can give a little may help. I want to thank everyone who can or can’t help at this time in advance as I plan to beat this and see everyone soon!
