Hello to anyone that reads this, my name is jayna I’m 19 years old and I have a dog that’s been with me for nearly 5 years. She’s a Miniature pinscher mixed with a chihuahua and she has a huge personality with the kindest little heart. I got her during a very rough time in my life, I had just lost my grandma who was the only one to take care of me and made sure no one would hurt me I felt alone and like no one was there for me during this time. 

My friend told me she had puppies so I went to visit and they all ran away but this little puppy with the biggest eyes came and laid on my foot and I immediately knew she was mine. I didn’t pick her she picked me. My friend told me I wouldn’t want that one because she had seizures quite frequently but I didn’t care because I immediately felt that connection.

 Whenever I cried she came and laid on my lap or cuddled into my stomach. She’s always been there to care for me when I needed it the most and I vowed to do the same.

 Wherever I go she follows, whenever I’m sad she’s there to cheer me up, and whenever someone is around she guards me. She’s my guardian angel in dog form 

 My favorite thing about her is how I could be standing around and she’ll jump up on my knee crying so I’ll pick her up because she loves to be held and lay on my shoulder like a child and even though she has so many human like traits and expressions she loves being a dog and running on the beach 

or rolling in the grass more than anything 

and it’s the simplest things that bring her joy that shows me you need to enjoy the little things because one day they won’t be there or they won’t be the same.

She’s my heart my soul and the reason I’m still on this planet. The vet has yet to conclude what is wrong with her but I need to know what it is, if you can’t donate money then please donate the time to help me figure out what happened to her so I can prevent it from ever happening again.
