A hand up

Hi, its Matty Capper as many know me. Im having some heart related issues that have led to an additiinal 13 days hospitalization than expected. 5 procedures later Im hopefully home ready to begin the recovery journey. Anyway, I have no sick days or disability to lean on so I am doing what is not natural to me whatsoever. Asking for help. I just need enough to get through rehab and strong enough to return to work again. Anyway, thanks for anything you might be able to assist with. Oh, and if theres anything left after Im back to work, Ill forward it in a charitable manner.
