The Art Of Living Foundation is an incredible organization that has made a difference in 155 different countries, with over 35 years of service, through a number of programs in conjunction with IAHV (International Association for Human Values) including:

Prisoner Rehabilitation
Disaster & Trauma Relief
Youth Empowerment in Schools
Rural Education in Developing Nations
...And community courses in over 200 U.S. cities!!

I have the amazing opportunity to become a teacher of these community courses and continue to share these practices and principles that have been beneficial for so many, including me!  

Because of the nature of teaching these courses, your contribution more than benefits just me- but also those who will get the opportunity to be exposed to these life changing practices. Specifically, but not limited to, the parents of my students, educators, mental health professionals and community members.
