Amy and Jimmie Smith received devastating news in March resulting in their world being turned upside down by three small words, “You have cancer”. Amy watched her spouse Jimmie crumble into a million pieces, this broke her heart as they learned Jimmie’s diagnosis. Jimmie Smith was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer with Mets. On 4/10/24, a port was placed to start the most aggressive treatment to battle the cancer. Next week, Jimmie will start his first round of chemotherapy.

Jimmie is a devoted husband of 23 years to Amy, and a proud father of 2 amazing and successful children. Jimmie is a family man; he loves to do things with his family such as hiking and taking trips to parker. Jimmie is a supervisor for an Underground Telecommunications and gas construction company.

This gut-wrenching feeling has overwhelmed Amy and her spouse Jimmie, the worry, shock, and fear all at once hit them and has affected their entire family.

Jimmie has always been a provider of his family, the last thing he needs to worry about right now is the financial burden the chemotherapy, and medical bills will add to his stress.
