Thomas's Juvenile Diabetes Fund

Thomas has just turned 6.
Over a week ago he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes
Thomas has been so strong and compliant with the new changes he will face for the rest of his life.
Over the coming months he'll be learning to live with the disease.
His parents are a on a fixed single income and really need help with all the new expenses that come along with this life adjustment.
